How does the elation fitness suite work?
- Group personal training
- conditioning classes

There are daily Group Personal Training Sessions run in Bootcamp Style blocks e.g. Signing up for 4 weeks at a time with slots provided and is booked in advanced.
These Group PT Sessions are run Monday-Thursday 6am and 6pm daily. (Extra 5pm Class Tuesdays)
(Group PT Sessions are run 4 person max per trainer).

Saturday Classes: There are 3 Conditioning Classes run on a Saturday. Times are as follows:
07:00 - 7:45 09:00 - 09:45 12:00-12:45
Graham and Matthew also run daily Personal Training (1-1, 2-1) sessions outwith Group PT hours.
